ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Aaditya Jain, a Chartered Accountant and Founder at Katrela Ventures, a Management Consultancy firm.

Over the years, Aaditya has been instrumental in guiding startups, large enterprises and listed entities, driving growth, and delivering measurable results. His diverse experience spans across sectors including SaaS, IoT, Food-tech, Health-tech, Entertainment, and AI.
Having worked with numerous startups and leading names in the industry such as Unacademy, KPMG, and BDO, he has been instrumental in raising capital, optimizing profitability, conducting due diligence, and supporting investor relations. He has mentored over 50 startups through mentorship programs at esteemed institutions like NSRCEL (IIM Bangalore), IIMA Ventures, IIM Lucknow EIC and AIC.

Aaditya has managed P&Ls exceeding $75 million (₹600 Crores) and successfully led deals worth over $40 million (₹350 Crores), Aaditya’s financial acumen has helped negotiate contracts of over $73 million (₹580 Crores), adding immense value to his clients.

He has led various FP&A projects for clients in Ed-tech, Robotics, Deep-tech, conglomerate business across multiple countries, among other industries
Aaditya has audited some of India’s largest conglomerates such as Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, HUL, Sumitomo Chemicals, and others. Consulted clients across sectors including, SaaS, IoT, Food-tech, Sustainability, Health-tech, Deep-tech, Entertainment, AI and more.
He has expertise in performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for strategic investors, sellers, and private equity investors across diverse industry verticals.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Aaditya is deeply committed to social and animal welfare. He serves on the managing committee of a Cow Shelter that cares for over 400 aging and injured cows. He is a founding member of 'The Hope House,' an initiative focused on uplifting underprivileged communities.
His passions include yoga, taekwondo, reading, and backpacking trips.
